No. Discover Scuba Diving is available for complete beginners — no certification required. For our reef and wreck charters, Open Water certification is needed. Advanced Open Water unlocks our deeper sites.
Yes — full gear rental is available at the shop at Three Waters Marina. BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, and dive computer. We recommend reserving in advance during peak season (November through April).
For peak season (December through April), we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially for groups of 3+. Off-season you can often book just a day or two out. Private charters benefit from as much lead time as possible.

We require 24-hour notice to cancel a reservation and avoid a cancellation fee. For major holidays, we require 72-hour notice to make cancellations. Cancellation made with shorter notice or customers that do not show up will be charged a $50 fee/per diver per trip cancelled using the card number holding the reservation.
We're at Three Waters Marina, 84001 Overseas Highway (MM 84.5), Islamorada, FL 33036. About 1.5 hours south of Miami on US-1. Free parking on site. Look for the dive center at the marina — you can't miss it.
