Lobster Charter
Hunt spiny lobster on the Florida Keys reef with a professional guide. Season runs August 6 through March 31 — lobster license, guide, and cleaning all included.
About this Charter
Spiny lobster season in the Florida Keys runs August 6 through March 31 — and when it's open, the reef comes alive with divers and snorkelers going after one of the most sought-after catches in South Florida. The Florida Keys produces some of the best lobster diving in the world, and IDC puts you on the right spots with a guide who knows exactly where they're hiding.
Your lobster guide will take you to the ledges, holes, and reef structures where spiny lobster congregate. They'll coach you on technique — how to read the reef, how to approach without spooking them, and how to use a tickle stick and net to make a clean catch. After the dives, IDC cleans your catch for you to take home or to a local restaurant.
Lobster license is included in the price, no need to sort it yourself before the trip.
